Returns

We do not currently offer international returns. 
We do offer UK returns, however the brand cannot be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. 
Please contact us at customerservice@odysseecollection telling us your web order reference and what item/s you would like to return, and fill in the returns form inside you package.
If you ordered in the UK, you may return items sold by Odyssee within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Returns of any non-faulty items that are not in condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, damaged, soiled or altered) will not be accepted nor refunded and will be sent back to you.
Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund but may be credited at the discretion of the brand. Please email customer services at customerservice@odysseecollection.com with any questions.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper, without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us or is damaged in transit.

Faulty items and Exchanges
Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item. We cannot accept used or customer damaged items and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstance. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
If you would like to exchange an that is not faulty, this must be done by following the standard returns procedure.

Terms and Conditions
Under Standard Returns procedures goods ordered to UK adresses can be returned to Odyssee providing they are unworn, and in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. Returns can be made according to agreement at the time of purchase. Under this agreement, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of the goods being returned subject to their condition upon receipt and the time for the funds to be returned. This timing will also be dependent on your banks processing timing.
We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel an order or if you only cancel part of your order. Postage will be refunded if agreed as part of a promotion at the time of sale.
